“Taste of Seal Beach” Success Returns for October!

The Seal Beach Founders Day committee launched their once every five years  “A Taste of Seal Beach”  in conjunction with sixteen local eateries with a new twist.

This year instead of a one-day on site tasting the $20 card ( Only 500!) will be good for the entire month of October…when we celebrate the 95^th Anniversary of this great town.  When you purchase the card this year you can use it for the entire month and if you decide to go to every participating establishment you will find the use of the card will give you a return that exceeds $160.

This is a win/win for all involved.  The  program will  provide:

1) An excellent value to the buyer and,

2)It will drive new business to the participating restaurants during October, traditionally one of the  slowest months of the year and,

3) It will support the 95th Founders Day Committee in its fundraising efforts.

ALL net  proceeds from the sales of the cards and other programs will go back to the City of Seal Beach Recreation Department as a gift for future recreation programs.

There will only be 500 cards sold so local Seal Beacher’s should get theirs early. (Remember this year’s car give away for the Fish Fry was won by a fellow in Pennsylvania!)  Cards can be purchased at the City of Seal Beach Recreation Department, Chamber of Commerce Office, and at our Founders Day Sales Tent every Saturday and some Sundays from 9-1 at the Pier.  You can also contact us at TasteofSealBeach@hotmail.com.
